Trato de Recepción. No nos apoyaron para una reserva adicional y vendieron una noche las habitaciones que les habíamos confirmado por teléfono. No se merece las 5 estrellas, por servicios, limpieza. Empleados muy jovenes y poco experimentados

What was the highlight of The Fern, Kolhapur
Fit for purpose but far from pleasant
The room was a nice size. The bathroom was nice too so were the toiletries. Liked the large wall mirrors for dressing. Didn't eat breakfast as it opens late considering people want to go early for aarti at temple. It wasnt ready at 7 am when we had to leave
The pre check in - I struggle to get someone to pick the call, send me a payment link for credit card that works. They were just terrible. Once there, the room AC was not upto the mark had to call them twice to fix it. Finally the guy cleaned the filters & ended up making the bathroom floors dirty & wet! Did not bother to clean up or send housekeeping. The breakfast was not ready at 7 am so we requested for coffee/tea atleast. Both they could not serve! Finally, he gave us a watery black coffee that was terrible, lukewarm & tasteless. Why can't a restaurant give guests decent coffee or tea anytime of the day?Overall, the staff are clueless, unfriendly & rarely make any effort to make you feel welcome or comfortable. For that, the price was a little OTT in my view.

Stayed here enroute to Goa and the stay was comfortable.
The room comfort.
Breakfast could have been better. Also the cleanliness esp -bathroom shower-heads could have been better. The hotel also asked to pay up-front since my check in time was late i.e. 7 pm on the day of check in - which i found to be very unfriendly practice.

It was comfortable but very disturbingly noisy on account of some carpentry work which ran through 10 PM.
